Danielle Turns 27 – Adult Cake Smash!
I love when my clients come to me with ideas for their shoots.
It is so fun to help them try to make what they want come to life.
My dear client/friend of 7 years asked me this month to do an Adult Cake Smash of her for her birthday.
She is turning 27 this week and wanted to celebrate in a fun way!
YAY! for her being awesome and wanting to get in front of the camera.
This session was so fun. We laughed a lot and the end result was not only beautiful but so much fun!
If you are in my area and want to do one of these, I would love to help you capture this fun time in your life for you.
And some fun outtakes, Just to make you love this session even more!

Kristie : Graham Portrait Photographer
My Dear friend Kristie met up with me the other day for a few updated photos and some product shots of some of her new boho headbands. Check out her shop. She is always fun to photograph. Isn’t she is stunning? The Mom to two beautiful girls.
KC: Tacoma Portrait Photographer
Meet KC… She is a great friend of mine and part of my Hot Mom photo series. She is the gorgeous sister to my friend Megan… The Hot Red head posted last week. I am loving that my models are so quirky. They make the photos even more fun. KC brought Megan with her today. My goodness if you ever need a really good laugh get those two girls together. KC was a great model. She froze her tushie today. We had some crazy cold wind today. I had her running, jumping, dancing whatever she would let me do to her. ( Plus it helped keep her somewhat warm LOL )
Her is a big share but some of my faves:
Jennifer – Feb 2011 : Sumner Photographer
Meet Jennifer…
One of my best friends and another amazingly talented photographer. Can you believe it has been years since she has had photos done? My goal this year is to make sure my friends get photos done. We all need something to look back on and say this is who I was and this is what I did at this point in time. We all need something to pass down to children and grandchildren. Most moms are always behind the camera and not in front. How do you remember you were there? How do you kids remember? Its time to change that and get photos of your self… of your family.. hand the camera over to someone else for a change. With Jen, she isn’t as comfortable in front of the lens as she is in back. She likes to be the photographer and not the client. Well me being a great friend made her change that. This wont be the last of seeing her in front of the camera. I plan on doing family photos late spring early summer for her and her family next.
Now check out how gorgeous she is:

Meet Megan: An amazing women, wife, mom and friend.
Not only does she have the biggest heart, exploring nature but she is GORGEOUS!
She is just a farm girl at heart and loves running bare foot in a field.
I am blessed to have her as a friend.
Here are a few of my favorites:
Justine : Tacoma Photographer
I was asked to shoot another amazing Local photographer friend. Justine is based out of Everett area. I met up with her today after my first shoot and caught her in the middle of a shoot. So I helped her out and then we did her photos. As a photographer it is very hard for most of us to get in front of the camera. Justine now knows how her clients feel when its just them. She is use to me doing her family photos but that is mostly focusing on her daughter and few family shots. So this was a whole new world for her. We had super cold overcast today. We were both bummed there was no sun.
Here are a few of my favorites from today:
And just for fun:
